Part of the new Long Island initiative for densification of residential development near transit hubs, the new 120,000 sq ft, five story residential building contains a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms units.   Located within walking distance to commuter train station and the downtown area, the building contains amenities such as private parking, common laundry rooms, indoor common lounge and rooftop lounge.  Special attention was afforded to unit layouts to provide comfortable living spaces, as well as common spaces such as wide day-lit corridors, intimate contemplative space, niche space for display of local art, and a spacious lobby with guest seating.  Sited as an L framed plan, the building offers street frontage along its Park Avenue address, with secondary facades addressing both the transit hub and downtown Main Street.  The choice in exterior detailing seeks to provide creative affordable finishes, complementing the material fabric of an older town, allowing a pedestrian scaled texture to touch the street.
