When a repeat client approached us about a new restaurant project located in the vibrant Village of Patchogue, NY, we jumped in. Located in a well-known, 1920’s retail shop, the new restaurant use presented logistical challenges with multiple filing agencies that have been successfully spearheaded by Busch Associates.  With the original interior details intact, we have worked closely with owner to retain elements of the building’s character, while designing to create a new twenty-first century, Irish pub & eatery.  With a two story dramatic space, featuring a warm and intimate interior atmosphere, and new glazed brick and operable blackened steel frame store front, the design literally opens up to the sidewalk, welcoming the local pedestrian traffic within.  We look forward to invitation by one of the three Irish partners to share in the cheer of the establishment, as we are assured a properly poured pint.
