Since 2011, Busch Associates has been engaged in design and administration of multiple campus projects for this client’s 24 hour, 7 day a week business operation. With the reinvention of a 60,000 sf facility, with broadcast administrative spaces, services have included full architectural and infrastructure design services from feasibility studies through construction administration, including commissioning support. This multi-phased, strategically planned implementation project has included replacement of existing chiller plant, UPS plant and all distribution systems serving multiple business-critical technical rooms, network control rooms, editing and executive office space, all while maintaining 24/7 broadcasting. The highly technical nature of this work and intensive scheduling, combined with management of a large team of expert consultants and several layers of facility management, demands a highly seasoned A/E team. BA’s expertise and hands-on approach to management has proven critical to the success of these projects, and resulted in continued opportunities with client.
